We adhere to the principles of radical self-reliance and communal effort. There are no spectators at Slipshod, only participants. We build the stages together, we cook together, and we dance together.
Scholey Park is ancient woodlands, winding streams, and wildflower meadows that transform when the sun goes down. Follow the festoon lights off the path. Find the stages that aren't on the map. Stumble into hidden installations, quiet clearings, and the strange creatures who've made the woods their home.

Slipshod is a place for everyone. We welcome families, solo wanderers, and crews of all kinds. Throughout the weekend you'll find workshops for all ages — from craft and movement to music and making. We've built this space to be creative, inclusive, and safe. A place where kids can roam, parents can breathe, and everyone feels like they belong.
Dogs are welcome at Slipshod. Keep them on a lead, clean up after them, and make sure they're happy around crowds and bass. If your dog loves a festival, they'll fit right in.
